Setpoint Services performed residential ice machine diagnostics on a Manitowoc UD0240A undercounter ice machine at a home in Georgetown, Texas. An on-site inspection was performed to evaluate the existing ice machine and determine the repairs necessary to restore proper operation.

The diagnostic included inspection of the Manitowoc ice machine's water system, evaporator, and overall equipment condition. Following the inspection, Setpoint Services identified the required repairs and provided the homeowner with options for both repairing the existing Manitowoc ice machine and replacing the equipment.

After reviewing the available repair and replacement options, the homeowner elected not to proceed with additional work at this time.
