Arctic Warriors Cold Plunge Water Chiller Leak Repair – Austin, TX 10.06.26

Setpoint Services performed residential cold plunge water chiller diagnostics and repair on an Arctic Warriors SH-HXJC10 ice bath chiller in Austin, Texas. The customer reported water leaking from the unit. During inspection, the technician discovered a section of internal water tubing that had become completely disconnected from its connection point. The tubing was reattached and secured, and the chiller was reassembled.
The Arctic Warriors chiller uses R-410A refrigerant and is designed to maintain cold water temperatures for ice bath and cold plunge applications. During the service visit, the water filter canister was found missing, preventing the system from being properly filled and operated for final testing. Although the disconnected tubing was repaired, additional leak testing and cooling performance verification remain pending. A follow-up visit was recommended once the water filter canister is located or replaced to confirm proper water circulation, check for additional leaks, and verify normal chiller operation.
