AC Preventative Maintenance. I replaced indoor motor belt, cleared the drain line on all units, washed out the drain pans on all units, cleaned all the condenser coils with viper coil cleaner, replaced all air filters, washed out the evaporator coil on RTU 4 (Far Dining) and checked all RTU operating suction pressures. All pressures look normal at this time.
