Cracked Copper Line Repair. I found system nearly flat of refrigerant upon arrival. Recovered remaining refrigerant after locating the refrigerant leak on the liquid line solenoid valve upstream from the compressors discharge temperature regulating valve. I soldered the cracked copper line shut with torch and solder and pulled a vacuum on the system and charged 7 pounds of refrigerant. Monitor the system reach below 20°F inside the walk-in box before departure.
