Replaced Condenser Fan Motor and replaced dual run capacitor. I installed additional run capacitor for condenser fan motor, cleaned condenser coil and checked refrigerant pressures. I verified operating pressures: Suction 125 psi / Discharge 305 psi on an 85°F day. The system is operating properly. No further action required at this time.
