Evaporator Coil Frozen Over. Evaporator fan motor was locked up and confirmed faulty. Evaporator fan had been turned off while condenser unit remained running, causing excessive ice buildup. Replaced evaporator fan motor. De-iced evaporator coil. Thoroughly cleaned evaporator coil.
Cleared and verified proper drain line operation. Unit is operating properly at this time.
