Scotsman Preventive Maintenance

Scotsman Preventive Maintenance. Performed preventive maintenance on the ice machine. Cleaned the condenser coil to ensure proper airflow. Removed internal components and ice bin for cleaning. Descaled mineral buildup from water system components and sanitized the ice machine and storage bin. Found a loose spade connection at the on/off toggle switch, which could have been causing the unit to intermittently turn off. Secured the connection. Unit operating normally at time of service.
