Repaired Walk-In Refrigeration Unit. The walk-in cooler temperature was measured at 50°F. During inspection of the condensing unit, the condenser fan motor was found to be faulty. The defective condenser fan motor was replaced with a new motor. After replacement, the system was restarted and confirmed to be operating properly.
