Performed Quarterly Preventative Maintenance on all rooftop HVAC units. Cleaned condenser coils on all RTU units, replaced air filters on all RTU units, checked and tightened fan belts, and checked system operation and recorded operating pressures. All HVAC equipment operating normally at time of inspection.
