Performed commercial kitchen exhaust fan replacement for Encantada in Austin TX after installation of a new dishwasher exhaust hood system.

Hoisted new rooftop exhaust fan into place, removed existing exhaust fan assembly, and completed installation of the new commercial ventilation fan. Wired line voltage power to the unit and tested operation after installation. Verified proper fan operation and airflow prior to departure.

Old exhaust fan was lowered from the roof for disposal by restaurant staff.

Also performed refrigerant leak inspection on the walk-in cooler evaporator and condenser system. No refrigerant leaks were detected and sight glass remained full during operation.

During inspection, observed dirt buildup on the walk-in cooler evaporator coil which may restrict airflow and contribute to icing conditions and reduced cooling efficiency. Recommended evaporator coil cleaning to improve refrigeration performance and airflow.
