Performed commercial AC maintenance service at Domino’s in Taylor TX on a Trane rooftop HVAC system serving the front-of-house area.

Tested system operation and verified a 20°F supply and return air temperature split, confirming proper cooling performance at time of inspection. Inspected secondary drain pan and confirmed drain system was dry with no signs of overflow, blockage, or condensate issues.

Verified indoor air handler operation and observed normal airflow and sound levels during operation.

Performed condenser maintenance including cleaning both condenser coils using commercial coil cleaner to improve airflow, system efficiency, and operating performance.
