Performed commercial HVAC rooftop unit diagnostic and electrical repair service for the kitchen RTU at Scholz Garten in Austin TX.

Upon arrival, the rooftop unit was found shut down with a tripped breaker and burnt electrical wiring. Diagnosed electrical failure and repaired the damaged circuit to restore operation.

Services performed:

Replaced burnt wire with larger gauge electrical wire
Secured and tightened electrical connections
Reset and tested rooftop unit operation
Checked compressor amp draw
Checked indoor blower motor amp draw
Verified refrigerant operating pressures

Indoor blower motor amp draw: 3 amps
Suction pressure: 110 PSI
Discharge pressure: 310 PSI

After repairs, the RTU resumed normal operation and was confirmed cooling properly at time of departure.
