Technician dispatched onsite for reported compressor failure on True back bar cooler. Upon inspection, found compressor thermal overload wire connection burned and disconnected at the overload terminal, preventing compressor operation.

Repaired damaged wiring connection and installed a 3-in-1 hard start kit to restore proper compressor startup and operation. Cleaned condenser coil to improve airflow, reduce operating temperatures, and improve refrigeration performance.
