Setpoint Services completed commercial HVAC preventative maintenance for a restaurant in Georgetown, Texas. Multiple rooftop air conditioning systems were serviced to improve efficiency, reliability, and cooling performance before peak summer temperatures.

Maintenance included condenser coil cleaning, air filter replacement, drain line cleaning, evaporator coil inspections, capacitor testing, and belt adjustments. During inspection of an R-22 rooftop HVAC system, technicians discovered low refrigerant levels affecting cooling performance. Refrigerant was added and operating pressures were restored to normal conditions.
