Setpoint Services completed cold plunge chiller repair and preventative maintenance in Austin, Texas. The customer reported that the cold plunge system had stopped circulating water and appeared completely inoperative.

Diagnostic testing identified a stuck flow switch preventing operation of the circulation system, compressor, and condenser fan motor. Technicians cleaned the flow switch assembly, removed debris from associated piping, and restored proper flow switch operation.

Additional maintenance included condenser coil cleaning and verification of compressor, circulation pump, and condenser fan performance. Following repairs, the cold plunge system was tested and returned to normal operation.
