Setpoint Services diagnosed and repaired a Manitowoc commercial ice machine after the customer reported repeated high-pressure and condenser temperature fault codes. Error history revealed both High Pressure Cut-Out and High Condenser Temperature alarms. The refrigeration system was monitored through multiple freeze and harvest cycles while suction and discharge pressures were recorded. The condenser fan motor capacitor tested weak and was replaced to improve condenser performance and reduce operating temperatures. The machine was also completely cleaned and sanitized, including condenser cleaning and operational inspection. Following repairs, freeze and harvest cycles operated normally, refrigerant pressures stabilized, and the ice machine returned to reliable operation. Routine preventative maintenance was recommended to maximize ice production and equipment life.
