Commercial kitchen exhaust fan repair in Austin, TX. Setpoint Services diagnosed a JencoFan kitchen exhaust fan with a motor overheating and shutting down intermittently. The motor had been configured for 208–230V operation even though the actual supply voltage was 115V. We rewired the motor for proper 115V operation, replaced the fan pulley, realigned the belt, and tested the exhaust system. Proper motor and fan operation were restored with no overheating or unexpected shutdowns observed during final testing.
