Setpoint Services completed commercial kitchen equipment repair for a Starmax 536TGF flat-top griddle at Nickel City Bar in Austin, Texas. The left-side temperature control failed after the thermostat shaft broke. The failed thermostat was removed and replaced with the correct new thermostat, the griddle was reassembled, and operation was tested. The left-side temperature control is now functioning properly and the commercial griddle was returned to service.
