Commercial Refrigeration & Ice Machine Preventive Maintenance 09.01.26

Setpoint Services performed commercial refrigeration and ice machine preventive maintenance for Foodie Wingman in Austin, Texas. Service included three commercial reach-in refrigeration units, a Heatcraft walk-in cooler, and an Atosa commercial ice machine.

Preventive maintenance included replacing media filters, clearing condensate drain lines, and cleaning condenser coils as needed. A newer reach-in refrigerator that did not previously have a media filter received a condenser coil cleaning followed by installation of a new media filter to help reduce future dust and debris accumulation.

The Heatcraft R-404A/R-507A walk-in cooler condenser coil was cleaned, the condensate drain was cleared, and the evaporator coil was inspected and found clean. The refrigerant sight glass was inspected and confirmed full and clear. The Atosa R-290 ice machine condenser coil and condenser air filter were also cleaned.

All refrigeration equipment was checked following maintenance. The reach-in refrigerators and walk-in cooler were reaching proper operating temperatures, and the commercial ice machine was operating normally at completion of service.
