Setpoint Services performed a brief inspection of the water-chiller systems serving the live seafood aqua tanks at Tian Tian Golden Palace Restaurant in Austin, Texas. The restaurant utilizes multiple refrigerated display tanks connected to dedicated water-chilling equipment located on the roof.

While on site performing commercial refrigeration service, our technician visually inspected the aqua tank cooling systems and associated rooftop water chillers for any obvious operating concerns. This was a preliminary inspection rather than a complete diagnostic service, and no major repairs were performed on the aqua tank chillers during this visit.

These specialized water-chilling systems are responsible for maintaining controlled water temperatures for the restaurant's live seafood tanks. Setpoint Services can provide further diagnostics, maintenance, cleaning, and refrigeration repair if problems develop with tank temperature or chiller operation.

The primary service during this visit involved the restaurant's Trenton walk-in cooler, including de-icing the evaporator, clearing the drain, correcting the defrost schedule, adding 3 lbs of R-404A refrigerant, and verifying the cooler pulled below 40°F before departure.
