Setpoint Services performed comprehensive commercial ice machine maintenance on a Follett 50CI400A at Forward in Rollingwood, Texas. The ice machine was completely disassembled for a deep cleaning, including removal of internal piping and components. Parts were soaked in approved ice machine cleaner to remove accumulated calcium and mineral buildup throughout the water system.

Ice machine cleaner and sanitizer were circulated through the wash cycle, followed by a thorough rinse and reassembly. The condenser-coil media filter was replaced and the drain line was cleared. After maintenance was completed, the Follett ice machine was tested and verified to be operating properly. A replacement water filter has also been ordered for installation during a future visit.
