Setpoint Services serviced a commercial walk-in cooler at Mister Tramps Sports Pub in Austin, Texas. The system uses a Heatcraft LSC090AK evaporator with an RDI Systems R-404A condensing unit. One failed evaporator fan motor was replaced, refrigerant operation was checked with satisfactory readings and a full sight glass, and the thermostat was adjusted to 33°F. Inspection also found the evaporator heavily soiled and the condenser coil dirty with significant fin damage. No defrost clock was identified, so further inspection of the defrost controls and installation of a defrost clock if needed were recommended for a future visit.
