Atosa Fryer Repair. I inspected gas fryer due to unit not operating and found the high limit switch bulb severed from the capillary (bulb) tube, preventing proper operation. Also discovered incorrect wiring configuration upon arrival. Contacted manufacturer Tech Support to obtain the correct wiring schematic and verified proper wiring layout. I replaced the thermopile and high limit switch, rewired unit per manufacturer specifications, and reassembled components. Tested fryer through full operation cycle and confirmed proper ignition, heating, and safety operation before departure. The unit operating normally at time of service. No further action required.
