Setpoint Services completed beer cooler and glycol chiller diagnostics for a brewery in San Marcos, Texas. The customer reported excessive beer foaming and elevated beverage temperatures at dispensing stations.

Technicians evaluated walk-in cooler performance, glycol chiller operation, refrigeration pressures, and thermostat calibration. Testing revealed inaccurate thermostat sensing that was allowing product temperatures to rise above desired serving temperatures.

Thermostat positioning was corrected and glycol chiller settings were adjusted to improve beverage cooling performance. Beer temperatures were reduced significantly and proper dispensing performance was restored.

This project included beer cooler repair, glycol chiller service, brewery refrigeration diagnostics, walk-in cooler troubleshooting, and commercial refrigeration repair in San Marcos, Texas.
