Diagnosis:
Found chicken flour/debris packed inside the float switch housing causing the float to stick and preventing proper water level sensing. This caused the machine to remain in freeze cycle until the board went into a 3-beep long freeze safety alarm lockout.

Also found the water filtration system heavily restricted/clogged, affecting water flow to the machine.

Actions Performed:

* Removed and cleaned float switch assembly
* Cleared debris buildup from float chamber
* Verified float movement and operation
* Checked water system and found clogged filter(s)
* Temporarily jumped float switch circuit to restore operation for customer
* Reset machine and verified proper startup and ice production
* Verified proper operation before departure

Recommendations:
Recommend replacing water filter(s) immediately and starting a preventative maintenance contract to prevent recurrence. PM program can include:

* Ice machine cleaning and maintenance
* Water filter replacement schedule
* HVAC preventative maintenance
* Reach-in refrigeration maintenance
* Walk-in cooler/freezer maintenance

Cause of Failure:
Environmental contamination/product dust (chicken flour) entered float switch reservoir and caused float switch to stick, resulting in long freeze cycle alarm and machine shutdown.
