Setpoint Services completed commercial rooftop HVAC repair for a restaurant facility in Austin, Texas. The rooftop air conditioning system was experiencing multiple electrical control failures preventing proper cooling operation.
Technicians performed extensive HVAC diagnostics and discovered failures involving the pressure control board, main control board, and contactor coil. Additional troubleshooting identified improper wiring modifications from previous repair attempts that affected blower motor and compressor operation. Wiring was corrected to manufacturer specifications and all failed components were replaced.
Following repairs, the rooftop HVAC unit was tested through multiple operating cycles. Thermostat operation, safety controls, compressor performance, blower performance, and refrigerant system operation were verified. The commercial air conditioning system was restored to normal operation and cooling properly at completion.
