This freezer at a Round Rock business wasn't keeping up because the evaporator coil had become completely encased in ice.

✅ Fully de-iced evaporator coil
✅ Verified refrigerant charge
✅ Tested defrost heaters
✅ Relocated defrost sensor for proper operation
✅ Adjusted defrost settings

After repairs and adjustments, the freezer pulled temperatures back down into the teens and returned to normal operation.

Small control issues can turn into major ice buildup if left unchecked.
