Setpoint Services completed mini split air conditioning repair for a Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system in Austin, Texas. The customer reported poor cooling performance caused by a low refrigerant charge.

Technicians diagnosed the system and confirmed refrigerant loss through pressure testing and system evaluation. Refrigerant was added to restore operating pressures and improve cooling capacity. Following charging, temperature split measurements confirmed proper evaporator performance and normal cooling operation.
