Setpoint Services completed commercial kitchen equipment diagnostics for a Pitco SG14S gas fryer in Austin, Texas. Restaurant staff reported ignition and heating issues preventing normal fryer operation.

Technicians performed comprehensive fryer diagnostics including thermopile testing, gas pressure verification, burner operation analysis, and manufacturer-assisted troubleshooting. Testing confirmed the fryer gas valve had failed internally and was preventing proper operation.
