Cleaning Hoshizaki Ice Machine. This is the third scheduled preventive maintenance visit (Visit 3 of 4) under the annual maintenance agreement. Air Conditioning Preventive Maintenance, cleaned condenser coils on all AC units, cleared all condensate drain lines, inspected air filters (no replacement needed at this time), Kitchen AC Unit: Belt inspected and confirmed proper tension, circuit 1: 125 suction / 360 discharge, Circuit 2: 110 suction / 350 discharge. Belt adjusted and tightened.
