All four systems received a comprehensive PM inspection. Work completed included:

• Checked refrigerant pressures on all units and confirmed readings within normal operating range
• Cleaned condenser coils on all systems to maintain heat transfer efficiency
• Cleared and flushed condensate drain lines for all RTUs and split systems
• Verified all secondary drain pans were dry and draining properly
• Replaced air filters — including (2) 20×25×2 and (2) 25×25×2 on the Daikin RTU, and (6) 18×24×2 on the Carrier RTU
• Performed full operational inspections on all units to verify proper system performance

System Condition & Recommendations

All four systems were operating within normal conditions at the time of service. One issue was identified that warrants follow-up attention: Split System — Unit 1 (R22): The contactor was found to be worn with pitted contacts and was producing a buzzing noise when energized. Han Li recommends replacing this contactor to prevent an unexpected failure and ensure reliable operation heading into peak cooling season.
