Condenser Coil Clogged upon arrival. Washed out with viper coil cleaner. Checked the air handler drain pan. Checked the suction pressure; 125psi (normal). Verified the drain line is clear of debris. Supply air register air reading 60*f upon departure. No further action needed at this time.
