Manitowoc Ice Machine Repair. I removed and cleaned all removable machine parts and installed a new customer-provided ice wand. I ran cleaner and sanitizer through the water circuit to ensure proper sanitation. I took the water pump out and internally cleaned as excessive biofilm was lowering its pump rate. The machine is operational at completion of service.
