Repaired Dining Room RTU. I found stage one and two cycling on and off on high head pressure. I clean the entire condenser coil with Viper coil cleaner. I repaired an overcharge with refrigerant and a restriction in the liquid line. As of now all four compressors are running and no further action needed at this time.
