Replaced the Heater Kit
Replaced the Heater Kit located in the air handler. Installed customer-provided thermostat and verified proper wiring and operation. Checked and confirmed proper amperage pull after heater kit installation. Fully tested heat pump operation in both heating and cooling modes. System running within manufacturer specifications at this time. No further action needed.
