Zero Zone Reach-In Repair. I cleaned condenser coil. I found incorrect controller installed on the downstairs case. I contacted tech support to identify the correct replacement controller. I installed new controller, sensors, and heater limit switch and adjusted controller parameters to factory-recommended settings. I confirmed system performance.
