Commercial Hoshizaki ice machine service completed in Round Rock, Texas. Setpoint Services serviced a Hoshizaki KML-500MAJ ice maker at Prime Controls, installing a new condensate pump and water filter manifold and performing a complete deep cleaning and sanitizing of the ice machine.

The new condensate pump was installed and connected to the bathroom sink drain, including extending the drain line and wiring the pump into the ice machine electrical system. A new water filter manifold was also installed and connected to the ice machine water supply. All water and drain connections were tested for proper operation and checked for leaks.

The Hoshizaki ice machine was then disassembled for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Calcium and mineral buildup was removed from the ice channels, and the ice storage bin was cleaned and sanitized. After reassembly, the machine completed a full ice-making cycle successfully. The condensate pump, drain system, water filter system, and ice machine were all operating properly with no leaks at completion.
