Performed commercial freezer repair and preventative maintenance for Cold Stone Creamery in Austin TX on a Global Refrigeration freezer model ULG80.

Upon inspection, found the evaporator coil iced over and drain pan requiring service. De-iced evaporator coil and drain pan, cleaned the interior freezer box, and cleared the condensate drain line to restore proper airflow and drainage.

Tested drain pan heaters and verified proper operation. Also confirmed evaporator fans were operating correctly and monitored freezer performance after service. Unit reached and maintained 0°F prior to departure.

During inspection, found the freezer door torque rod weak and not properly self-closing. Recommended replacement to help prevent future icing and temperature issues.
