Setpoint Services performed commercial HVAC air handler repairs in Austin, Texas on three Enviro-Tec by Johnson Controls air handlers serving a social lounge. Diagnostic testing identified multiple electrical and mechanical failures across the chilled-water HVAC equipment, including a failed control transformer, blown fuses, and a ruptured blower drive belt.

The failed transformer and electrical fuses were replaced on Air Handler #1. During operational testing, the electric heat was also found energizing simultaneously with the chilled-water cooling system despite the thermostat calling for cooling. The heat-control wiring was disconnected at the thermostat to prevent simultaneous heating and cooling. Air Handler #2 received a replacement blower drive belt, while failed fuses were replaced on Air Handler #3. All three commercial air handlers were tested and confirmed to have operational cooling following repairs.
