Setpoint Services performed commercial HVAC preventive maintenance on multiple rooftop air-conditioning systems at Scholz Garten in Austin, Texas. Service included cleaning condenser coils with coil cleaner, clearing condensate drain lines, inspecting belts and tension, testing capacitors, checking refrigerant pressures, and verifying overall system operation.
