Setpoint Services completed scheduled commercial HVAC preventative maintenance on four rooftop air conditioning units at Scholz Beer Garden in Austin, Texas. Service included cleaning condenser coils, replacing air filters, clearing condensate drain lines, inspecting evaporator coils, checking and adjusting belts, testing condenser fan motor capacitors, and recording refrigerant operating pressures. Added 3 lbs of R-422B refrigerant to the main dining room rooftop unit after verifying system operation. All commercial HVAC equipment was operating properly at the completion of service.
