Setpoint Services performed preventive maintenance on an Avanco two-door commercial reach-in refrigerator at Wingman Kitchens in Austin, Texas. The reach-in refrigeration system was serviced as part of a larger commercial refrigeration preventive maintenance visit, with maintenance focused on keeping the equipment clean, maintaining proper airflow and drainage, and verifying proper operating temperature.

Additional commercial refrigeration equipment serviced during the visit included multiple reach-in refrigerators, a Heatcraft walk-in cooler, and an Atosa commercial ice machine. Reach-in maintenance included condenser coil cleaning, media filter replacement and installation, and clearing condensate drain lines. All three reach-in refrigeration units were confirmed to be reaching proper operating temperatures.

The Heatcraft R-404A/R-507A walk-in cooler received condenser coil cleaning and condensate drain maintenance. The evaporator coil was inspected and found clean, the refrigerant sight glass was confirmed full and clear, and the cooler was reaching proper operating temperature. The Atosa commercial ice machine also received condenser coil and air-filter cleaning and was verified to be operating normally.

All commercial refrigeration equipment serviced during the preventive maintenance visit was operating normally and reaching proper temperatures at completion.
