Performed preventative maintenance service on commercial refrigeration equipment at Cold Stone Creamery in Austin TX.
Services completed on all reach-in refrigeration units included condenser coil cleaning, media filter replacement, and drain line clearing to improve airflow, cooling performance, and reliability. All reach-in units were tested after service and verified to be maintaining proper operating temperatures except for the under-counter freezer listed below.

Walk-In Cooler:
* Suction pressure measured at 50 PSI during operation
* Unit verified cooling and maintaining proper temperature
Walk-In Freezer:
* Sight glass observed full and clear during operation
* Unit verified reaching and maintaining set temperature
Under-Counter Freezer – True Manufacturing (R290 System):
During inspection, the under-counter freezer was only reaching 13°F instead of maintaining below 0°F.
Operating conditions recorded:
* Suction Pressure: 45 PSI
* Discharge Pressure: 145 PSI
* Compressor Surface Temperature: 150°F
Inspection findings indicate weak compressor performance consistent with possible compressor failure. Elevated suction pressure, low discharge pressure, and excessive compressor heat were observed during operation. Further refrigeration diagnostics and compressor replacement evaluation recommended.
