Services completed included cleaning condenser coils, replacing media filters, clearing drain lines, and testing refrigeration performance on all reach-in refrigeration units. Verified all units were reaching and maintaining proper operating temperatures after service.
Cleaned evaporator coils on both the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer systems. During inspection, observed a small section of ice buildup on the evaporator coil near the freezer door area. Customer also reported excessive heat from the walk-in freezer door heater causing gasket damage. Recorded panel serial number for manufacturer follow-up regarding corrective repair recommendations.
