Commercial refrigeration service in Austin, TX. Setpoint Services diagnosed lighting problems on a Southern CaseArts open-air refrigerated display case at a 7-Eleven location on E Ben White Blvd. Troubleshooting identified two failed F8T5 fluorescent lamps and a failed Geminix GT546 ballast/fixture assembly. Replacement parts were identified, and an LED retrofit option was also researched due to the age and availability of the existing fluorescent components. Diagnosis was completed, with final repair or retrofit work pending customer approval.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called for service on a Sunday and my call was promptly returned which I appreciated. The tech was very helpful walked me through some steps and even took time to have me send a picture of the machine tag so we could help me better over the phone. I would definitely use them in the future
