Daikin Commercial Chiller & Air Handler Preventive Maintenance – Austin, TX 10.19.26
Setpoint Services began commercial HVAC preventive maintenance at Bull and Bowl in downtown Austin, Texas, servicing a Daikin air-cooled chiller and two commercial air handling units.
During the initial maintenance visit, technicians focused primarily on cleaning the chiller's condenser coils and the air handling units' cooling coils to remove accumulated dirt and debris, improve airflow, and support efficient heat transfer. Air filters were also replaced to improve air circulation and overall HVAC system performance.
This service is part of a larger preventive maintenance project involving the Daikin chilled-water cooling system and associated air handlers. Additional maintenance, equipment inspections, and operational testing are still pending.
The project remains in progress, and Setpoint Services will return to complete the remaining scheduled work.
