Performed commercial refrigeration repair on an Oscartek Ventura gelato display case in Austin TX after customer reported the unit was not defrosting properly.

Diagnosed failed evaporator defrost sensor on Oscartek model VENTURAGEL24 and returned same day after obtaining OEM replacement component through manufacturer warranty process.

Replaced evaporator defrost sensor, verified proper defrost operation, and tested unit operation after repair. System was operating properly and maintaining temperature at time of departure.

Performed two service visits totaling approximately 2 labor hours to diagnose the issue, acquire approved warranty parts, and complete repairs.
