Setpoint Services returned to Muto Technologies in Austin, Texas, to perform follow-up refrigeration repairs on a HYFRA Sigma34-S industrial process water chiller operating on R-410A refrigerant. This service visit followed previous refrigeration repairs and maintenance performed on the chiller.

During the follow-up inspection, technicians identified a small refrigerant leak that required repair. To properly complete the work, the refrigerant was recovered from the system before the leaking connection was repaired.

Following the leak repair, the refrigeration circuit was evacuated using a vacuum pump to remove air, moisture, and other noncondensable gases before recharging the system with R-410A refrigerant.

Once the refrigeration circuit had been serviced and recharged, technicians restarted the HYFRA industrial process chiller and returned the equipment to operation.

This follow-up repair addressed the identified refrigerant leak and restored the chiller to service. The work was performed to support reliable process water cooling for Muto Technologies' industrial manufacturing equipment.
