Performed preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment at Smoothie King in Austin TX.

Services included cleaning condenser coils on all refrigeration units and clearing drain lines to improve performance and prevent future issues.

During inspection, one reach-in cooler was found set too high at 41°F and was adjusted to 36°F. Unit is now maintaining proper temperature.

Also found a Vendo 1-door reach-in merchandiser with an iced-over evaporator coil. Unit was shut down and left to fully de-ice before further service.
