Trane Commercial Chiller Repair, Diagnostics Coil Cleaning 08.18.26

Setpoint Services performed commercial HVAC preventive maintenance on four Trane air-handling units in Austin, Texas. Service included thorough cleaning of eight evaporator coil sections to remove accumulated dirt and debris, flushing condensate drain lines, inspecting blower assemblies, and tightening blower belts as needed. Severely clogged bag filters causing significant airflow restriction were also removed. Regular monthly filter service and continued preventive maintenance were recommended to maintain proper airflow, cooling performance, condensate drainage, and humidity control.
